Stage-1:

·       Open discussion with students – to find out their choices, real interest and caliber

 

Stage-2:

·       Exploration period to students – given a trial on his interest and understand deep on his vision

·       Edu Counselling to the students – clear prospective career options are provided for them to choose

 

Stage-3:

·       Exploration period to students – give an assignments on his interest and understand deep on his vision

·       Test series / SWOT Analysis - Let the students discover their own interests, strengths and weaknesses

·       To analyze the students capability an online test is also conducted.

·       Career Counselling – to explain the reality of the course to the student
